Council regulations?

What is included in the flat pack?
When you purchase a flat pack home from Modula Homes Limited, we supply plans and all the major materials, then you take control of the construction process. Our flat packs include everything from frames, trusses, exterior cladding, internal partitioning. Kitchen and bathroom fittings come completely assembled, saving you time and money.
What does the buyer need to provide?
Site works, Council services, council consent, floor coverings, internal paint and finishing, heating.
What can a secondary dwelling be used for?
The possibilites are endless but include additional family accommodation, a granny flat, an air bnb, rental investment, home office.
