A floor area of around 65m2 complies with the District plan requirements of many local councils for secondary dwellings, granny flats or home office. Your local council will advise you of specific requirements or we can develop a floor plan to meet your needs.
When you purchase a flat pack home from Modula Homes Limited, we supply plans and all the major materials, then you take control of the construction process. Our flat packs include everything from frames, trusses, exterior cladding, internal partitioning. Kitchen and bathroom fittings come completely assembled, saving you time and money.
